Chris, there was no record of "The Jazz Singer", though Jolson did record "Toot Toot Tootsie" for Columbia records around 1922 (the song predated the movie by about five years). It's not an especially rare record. You'll regularly see jazz records posted for sale on this forum, though be cautioned about buying shellac 78s on eBay, since many seller have no idea how to pack these fragile discs. Check carefully to see if the seller sells many 78s and has a good rating. Best of luck!
