WANTED: A copy of "In A Great Big Way" 78rpm shellac record

Post by Inigo »

I'm in need of a copy of this recording on 78rpm shellac record, preferably a pressing from original matrix:

In a great big way (Fields, McHugh) by Ben Pollack's Orch. (as Louisville Rhythm Kings) with vocal refrain. Okeh matrix 401559-A, recorded January 25th, 1929.

It was originally published in 1925 as US Okeh 41189. A good (V at least) copy of this would be perfect, for the other side also is interesting.
Any other pressing of the original matrix would be fine. Perhaps it was also published as US Odeon or Parlophone. Maybe there is also a British Parlophone issue. Any other European pressing on Columbia, Odeon or Parlophone would be fine, of it is from original matrix.
The original record is credited to Louisville Rhythm Kings. But my Spanish copy is an Odeon pressing, 182708, and its credited as Ben Pollack's Orchestra. So maybe other European issues are also credited this way.
It has two bad lam cracks that difficult a good listening.

My Spanish pressing must be rare, for I own the only copy I've seen in 38 years... If I'd ever found another copy I'd bought it!
