I am selling a Victor #19 Flower Horn. I am currently selling just the horn only. In my opinion it needs repainting but it's only original once. I am happy to offer free delivery to Union or the APS Expo or along my route between Oregon and those sales. I would consider shipping at cost but it would be oversized and expensive.
