Wanted: VV-XII Motorboard Screw

I'm looking for 1 motorboard screw for my first style VV-XII. Three are present, but I am in need of a fourth. The overall length is 1-¼", length of the head is ⅜", diameter of the head is ½" and the threads are 10-32. Please see photos.
