WANTED: Re-Play-Stop Mechanism

Does anyone have the after market record repeater shown in the photos below? My VV-XVI used to have one and I have the original directions for it. The motor board has the screw holes and I'm looking to reinstall it.

I noticed Ricky (rickysvic), a forum member, had put the following post back in January 2012 looking for the Re-Play-Stop repeater, and had no luck finding one:

I actually bought the VV-XVI from Rick in September 2018 and am continuing the search for this unusual device. Any information would be appreciated!
