Here is a rare, original, 'pre-fire' catalog showing the Amberola line for 1913-14. It's stamped on the back-- W.D. Tracey company in Coshocton, OH.
24 pages of pictures and descriptions. Includes three Amberola I pages showing finishes in Circassian Walnut, Mahogany and Oak-- Also Amberolas III, IV, V, VI, VIII and X. PLUS the Edison School Phonograph with picture and a full page description.
Also included are pages on the Home Recording Outfit (4-minute recorder, blanks and Shaver), reproducers and records.
On page 5 it makes (quote) "two important announcements-- the introduction of three new styles of cabinet phonographs, and the discontinuance of all exposed-horn instruments, except the School Phonograph." It goes on to talk about the 'laurels' the exposed horn machines have won.. but progress and the public want concealed horn machines.
Catalog is in excellent condition. All pages and cover are intact, held by two staples. There is minor soiling on front and back covers. Truly an excellent example of a rare catalog. $100 includes postage within continental USA.
Please look at pics and don't hesitate to ask questions- First to say "SOLD"
Thanks-
