Wanted: Columbia BS Yoke Lever

Hi Everyone!!

I have a Columbia BS that I am redoing and I am missing the Y-Yoke lever on the side that is activated by the coin from the coin chute. Can anyone help??

Dimensions or loan of one to reproduce would be another option..
