WANTED Columbia Graphophone B (Eagle) Spare Part

Hi All, I have been trying to locate a spring that sits with a ball bearing under the floating reproducer inside the rail sliding part pictured below. The spring for the Columbia Eagle Graphophone spring is less than 3mm in diameter.
