FOR SALE: Edison Schubert - delivered to APS Buena Park
Edison Schubert in beautiful condition. Edisonic reproducer in good 100% original condition, sounds great. Wood finish is nice original shellac, clean inside and out, beautifully smooth and accurate mechanism was re-lubricated just a few months ago and I have it spinning at 80rpm. Some tears to cloth, with newer black speaker cloth behind the original to help stabilize. Makes any Edison disc sound great, but it really shines with electrically recorded ones. This is the loudest and clearest phonograph I’ve ever owned and it’s very impressive, but after owning it for many years I've decided to sell it. I can deliver to the Buena Park show Aug. 21-22. PM with interest.

Beautiful indeed! What's its serial number?

Be careful what you write. I could get this fine machine all the way to the MidWest APS Expo next June! (At the cost of a couple of tanks of diesel! )That is one nice machine! If only I was closer

Thanks for the serial number and photo. It's clear your machine is going to find a new home shortly, especially with such a reasonable asking price.

Any buyers that want to pick this up in person at the APS show on Saturday August 21? I've had lots of interest but all so far require shipping or storing long term. If anyone attending the show in Buena Park wants a great deal on one of the finest Edisonics in existence, PM me. I would much rather sell this in person. That being said, there's a good chance I will not bring this to the show if it isn't pre-sold because I could use the room in the car.

This is one of the finest examples of Edisonic Schubert I've had the pleasure of viewing. If I didn't already own one that is very special to me, and I was on the west coast, I'd be all over it.
One couldn't do better at any price!
