Hi Everyone,
I am on the hunt for an elbow for a Victor 5 phonograph. Either an original or a nice reproduction is fine, I just prefer not the aluminum replacements that were being made at one time.
Thanks
Joe Cleveland

Re: WANTED: Horn Elbow for Victor 5
I'm always sniffing for these as well, and I can tell you that there are not many out there, if any at all.
I got lucky and found one for sale right here on the forum, the sale was buried in the Yankee Trader forum and forgotten about, a buyer never gave the money and it ended there from 2017.
All I can find right now are the reproduction aluminum ones.
Just keep checking eBay, but you will have a bidding war with me if it comes to that, so be warned.
I paid 195.00$ plus shipping to Canada with a small dent on the back of the elbow and descent nickel from the seller here.
So for a really nice one, I would expect to pay 200.00 to 300.00$ US.
There used to be 2 makers of the really good reproductions, one has passed away, and the other died of Covid, very unfortunate.

And the successors to Ron Stiko? They maybe supply these, original or good replicas...

I'll check if Joe won't, I'll post again here and let the forum know.
I'm sure the people that have Ron's business is reading these posts though, they would have answered by now, but maybe not, I'm sure they're quite busy.

Re: WANTED: Horn Elbow for Victor 5
This is interesting, I've never come across this site before, some elbows here, but you have to buy the horn, but it seems like a good deal for both.
One can always sell the horn later.

EDIT:
I tried contacting on one the sellers from Canada, and it came back as undelivered mail.
He had a Victor Horn for only 160.00$.
I think what's listed there are completed sales from eBay.
I left the link there, maybe you'll have better luck.
