These are new 2021 production parts. NEW RUBBER. You clean up and re-use your original brass mounting sleeve. Quantity discounts to help out my antique phonograph dealer friends, and friends with large collections.

Quantity pricing for RUBBER PART ONLY:

1-10 $18 ea
11-20 $16 ea
21+ $15 ea

Complete with original brass sleeve installed by me: $25 ea

other than making the reproducer mount better, do these improve sound quality when they're replaced?

Yes, they improve the sound immensely. All previously offered flanges made were made out of material that was TOO HARD, and the reproducer couldn’t do its job correctly……like being constricted. Be sure that your reproducer is rebuilt with new white rubber gasketing and that it is correctly adjusted. They are amazing devices.

You soak the old original brass in lacquer thinner to soften and remove the old rubber, then you install into new rubber with gel super glue.
