I have a beautiful cast metal base for a Columbia Q. These bases were sold by Sears, Roebuck for the Columbia Q machines at the turn of the century. They had become impossible to find and later in the 20th century Aaron Cramer apparently commissioned a few of these to be reproduced. Aaron was a well known phonograph collector in New York. Now these reproductions have themselves become impossible to find. This base makes a lowly Q into a wonderful showpiece. I am asking $200 for it plus shipping. I will try to attach a picture.
Thanks, Art Heller

Stephen, I know Brian would like to make a run of these. He's got a friend who owns a foundry. Have you got his contact info?

I too was a couple minutes late on the draw for that base. If you make some I will by one also. Let me know how much and who to pay. Thanks-Mike

Re: Columbia Q Base
I would be interested in one also.
When Aaron produced these yonks ago, I didn't own a Q. Once I got a Q, the bases had all been sold and were only very occasionally available on the resale market.
