I have a couple of these lamps hung in my phonograph room with reproduction period bulbs. Wow do they add character.

This is an original portable lamp from January 29, 1895. I've attached the patent for the lamp.

It is all original, except the new, period looking wire and plug. Great lamp that works very well. This one is special as it has an Edison stamped socket body with the original mica insert in the socket.

This one is an exceptional example.

These portable lamps are pretty hard to find. I've not seen one available for almost a year now.

Time for me to let one go to someone else.

The bulb was for display to show the lamp works. It is not included in this sale. Reproduction bulbs as these are readily available.

With payment, this can be delivered to one of the upcoming shows or shipped at the new owners expense.
