FOR SALE: Pathé Cylinder Machine Lid $ 65

Up for sale is an original Pathé lid with hardware. In very good original condition. On the outside it measures 11 ½" x 7 ⅜" (at the base of the trim). On the interior it is 5" to the base of the trim. I do not know what model it would match up to. Look at the photos and inquire for further measurements. It's joints are all very tight and the veneer is excellent.

The price is $ 65 (Now $ 50) with buyer to pay actual shipping from Nashville TN. I will supply the shipping materials and pack it very well. No shipping outside the U.S. or delivery to the Chicago show in June can be easily arranged. No PayPal, just a solid check or money order is fine. Send me a private message if you are interested. It's similar to the lid for a Pathé no. 1 cylinder machine that I recently bought, but that one is 11.25" X 7.0". The no. 1 replaced a no. 0 ("Democratique"); your lid is nothing like the lid for that one, which was a box with square corners. Negative information, I know, but I hope it helps somebody narrow things down. Best of luck finding it a new home.

[Edit] I got to thinking, the trim width might very well differ from machine to machine, and the inside measure is what probably counts. On that (inside measure) basis, the lid for my no. 1 is 10 ⅛" by 6 ⅜". The inside height is the same 5" as yours. My machine has the Systeme Verite horn support system; I think not all Model 1s do.
