There was an electric light that was standard equipment on most art models, but originally, no electric motor option.
I assumed anthing with a light would have an electric motor! Would the high end motor
have the wind up indicator??

That might be. But I am wondering which Sonora Phonographs other then the Art Models were designed for that Giant Gold Motor. If it was only found in these Art Models, you might have a problem trying to find a customer for that motor, and of the very few owners of Sonora Art Models, how many of those very few, would ever be looking for a new motor ? Maybe if you want to keep a spare motor and Wooden Tone arm and top of the line Sonora Reproducer on hand as back up inventory for your Super Rare, Seldom Seen, Highly ornate, Sonora Jacobean Art Model, This would be your chance Victrolaman. You should be bidding on this baby.
I would if it was closer, to far away
I got my 8-12 yesterday that's enough for now, all done buying for the rest of the year

That is correct. These high end Art Model Sonoras came with an Electric light as a standard feature, but did not have an electric motor option. Instead it featured that Massive Triple Spring, Gold Plated motor (That's what it says in the Catalog), with the Motor Meter feature, that told you the number of records remaining to be played before rewinding was necessary.
