I created a template using pictures and ¼" MDF and just worked at working it until it worked. :D The ¼" will fit in the slot in the door. After I had it shaped, I located the centers of all the tubes and drilled holes through the template. I attached the target shelf to the template with a few screws through the center holes, rough cut the shape of the shelf on band saw, then finished with a template bit in the router. One more item: The tubes are 2 ¾" on center.
Why do we need signatures when we are on a first avatar basis?
