A source for turntable felt?

Hey everyone!
A few months ago on the defunct OTVMMB someone posted a referral for a source for heavy-duty turntable felt. I believe it was the website of a woman who sold all types of material, including wool felt in both green and gold. Did anyone earmark the site?

Moo had
the link on his board:

I purchased some a while ago and
the woman was quite nice to deal with.

Thanks, Brad.
That was the site I was looking for. Any suggestions on colors that look authentic to the originals?

Don,
I believe that you are referring to this post, by

I have found this to be
the ideal
felt to use if you just got to replace that tattered, torn and stained
felt on your turntables. It is a wool blend so it has a nice original nap to it. Not cheesy like
the acrylic crap they sell at fabric stores. Great lady to work with too and she doesn't kill you with jacked up shipping costs...

The green is called moss and can be sold as long as you need for $9 per yard ($4.50 half yards).
The orthophonic color is called Copper Kettle and comes in 12X18 pieces for I think $1.85 each. BUT make sure you tell her you want
the copper "UNFELTED" which is where they prewash it for hobbyists. Sometimes it takes longer to get
the copper that way but she always has
the Moss which is awesome on a machine... not too green and not to light... just nicely aged look. Your screen may throw off
the color but I think you will be pleased if you need some.
The nap is what is really nice too.

Mooo

Note that I updated
the e-mail with
the one linked off
of the web site.

Here is another great set
of directions photographed and written up by
Mooo; I cut out
the images and formatted it so that it would look better on this page.

If you guys can think
of any more content that you would like to see resurrected, please let me know; I’ll definitely see what I can do.
