FOR SALE: EDISON BUSINESS PHONOGRAPH MODEL C - $SOLD

This is an Edison Business Phonograph Model C. It has a spring-wound motor and is quite early, with a serial number 1468. These wood cabinet Business Phonographs are hard to find and while this one has some condition issues, it is in good shape overall.

The spring turn, but will not wind. (perhaps it is unhinged?)
The decal is weak.
There is a small piece of wood missing from the rear of the lid (see photo.)

The works and bedplate are extremely clean (just about perfect with all pin-striping intact and Thomas Edison signature.)
The wood cabinet is in excellent original condition (not refinished.)
This is a very early example
