Just for authenticity, the "Ultra" was not made in a basket weave pattern. It is black with a silver metallic painted boarder and made from very thin special coated paper (reminds me of actual speaker cone paper). Hence why you see Curt's decal surrounded in black. The "Ultra" also has no rivet to hold it closed or a slot. The construction is different to the regular Polly horn. Why, I have no idea.... :? :).

I'm actually very curious as to where you got your "Ultra" image....??. Can you please provide the source....??. Maybe this is it...??.

I'm hoping to hear of another to have survived.

I am not sure where I got the graphic... maybe from you. Anyway I reworked it to get a good image. How does the ULTRA go together, if not the same way as the regular Oscillator? Thanks for reminding me of your previous post, as I forgot what the ULTRA looked like.

As a collector I applaud your willingness and ability to offer other collectors the opportunity of having a missing or less fragile oscillator that can be used without worry (even outside).

However, as a collector, I cringe when I see "fantasy" pieces being made/offered that may be passed off as "original" design five, ten or even twenty years from now.

The Ultra design you offer is only one "fantasy" idea. The basket weave was only offered on a Brunswick "Parisian" model.
AFAIK, there was never a Polly "basket weave" oscillator.

I'm sorry, but I find this a little irresponsible for a collector to do and would have never posted the Ultra image knowing this was the intent.
