Hello all.
I recently purchased a Columbia BF 2 minute cylinder machine. I attached pics for reviewing. I think there is a part missing on the mandel assembly. I do believe a bushing is missing that goes around the washer and nut assembly on the mandrel casting. See the small gap around the washer? Can someone confirm this? Is so does anyone have a pic of what this part looks like? Also with phonograph came thus fabric washer. Does anyone know where this may go? See pic of this washer. It is apparent someone messed with the mandrel assembly and I hope the bushing is the part missing. BTW, the mandrel does work in this current state. Thank you for all your help in advance.

Re: Columbia BF Question- Parts Question
Does the pulley wobble? Is it loose? If not, I'd say it's o.k. as-is. The washer may have been located between the pulley and mandrel bearing, or anywhere else where a supply of oil would be beneficial. The idea being that the felt washer would hold oil to keep a bearing lubricated.
