SOLD: Edison Spring Motor Phonograph - $1450

Post by gemering »

Edison Spring Motor Phonograph:

PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS THREAD

FREE DELIVERY TO THE WAYNE SHOW!

Case and bedplate have been refinished with new striping.
Serial # matches the number on the knife edge.
Model C reproducer has been professionally rebuilt.
Original "Pat Appl'd For" fourteen inch black and brass horn.
Machine plays well with no mechanical issues.
First to say "sold" at $1400 plus shipping.
($1300 without the horn)
This is a heavy machine that would go in two boxes (one for the mechanism and one for the horn and case).
If paid for now, I will deliver this machine to the Wayne, NJ Show for free.
Thanks for looking!

Gene

That's one of the last Spring Motors to leave the factory. No.28921 was a Triumph, but there was quite a bit of mixing of the two types throughout the 29,000 block. :)

George,

I knew it was a late one.
Would you like to add it to your data base?

Could you show the top better? I would like to know how much stripping is left.
