Here is a very short-lived 1907 Marconi Velvet Tone record from my collection. These innovative records were way, way ahead of their time and were made of a lightweight fiber material that Columbia and Marconi thought would be the cat's meow and would sell like hotcakes...but they were a disaster.

The records required special expensive needles

So, the records today are very hard to find indeed. This one is in good condition but I would recommend playing only with a modern lightweight tonearm!
I've no idea what to ask for this so if you're interested please send me a PM and if it feels right to both of us it's yours! Payment by PayPal, check, USPS Money Order are great! Even cash works!

Media Mail is extra but pretty inexpensive and if the offer is attractive enough shipping is on me!

Thanks!
Doug
