The joinery of the case looks quite suspicious to me - it might be newly constructed. I can't tell anything about the motor.

As far as everything else goes, those are perfectly genuine parts from a cheap Swiss/German machine very much like mine. If it works decently I don't think it is the worst thing you could buy for the money, if it works OK. Getting any open horn disc machine for less than a grand these days seems impossible. These machines may be novel in the US, but in Europe they are common as dirt.

If this is in Maryland It is suspicious. I passed on it at an auction recently where it sold for $100. Some parts are old, but they don't look like they grew up together. the horn elbow was awful. The crank appeared to be a victor so I was tempted. If it is somewhere else it has a twin.
