Help me Identify this Edison

This just popped up on eBay. I am confused by an Opera having a Concert plate? Am I wrong?

In 1912 Edison changed the name of the Opera to the Concert due to a lawsuit. There was no change to the machine just the name. I have my bid in already.

The lawsuit was with the U.S. Phonograph Co. who already had a model called the 'Opera'.

A Concert is an Opera without recitative.

Yet many Concerts are purely musical.

Well,
I was trying to help a seller. She is looking at this and I told them the experts would tell them. You boys and girls are not acting like experts. I know this is an Opera, but wanted the seller to understand. This is an Opera made by the US phonograph Co. Edison released his version of the Opera and then got in a Lawsuit with the US phonograph Co. The US won and Edison had to change the name of his machine to Concert. But it is as the collectors call it an Opera.

Tell the seller that the Edison Opera and Edison Concert are 100% identical except for the name plate. I own an Opera and have repaired a Concert. I had them set side-by-side for comparison. They are identical.
