Looks very much like my Baby Jeannette (with sound slots cut horizontally vs. vertically), "mfg by Jeannette Toy & Novelty Co. Jeannette, Pa." according to the printing on the reproducer diaphragm.

There's a flyer showing and describing the exact machine posted by the OP (not the Baby Jeannette) on page 158 of Phonographica. The machine was manufactured by A. B. Cummings of Attleboro, Massachusetts. :)

Jeanette, PA is also where Jensen toy steam engines are made...

My Baby Jeannette has a motor identical to the one for sale on eBay Item #301891627015 referenced in the original post.
