WANTED: Columbia BG Parts

I am trying to complete a Columbia BG and am short some parts. I need:

The part that accommodates the change from two to four minute cylinders.
One 3/16" left hand nut to attach the top belt pulley.
Screws to attach the top works to the nickel deck. (anything special about them?)

Would you like me to ship your other BG to you rather than wait for Union? I could have it in the mail on Tuesday.

Let me know if you find the change gear. Few machines had it. It was an accessory which was offerred late on. I would like to find one to see about having it copied, as It would fit the BG, BF, BE, The BC "Premiere" and the BM (if one could be found) and might be a useful accessory which would make the excellent late Columbia machines more useful, allowing them to play Blue Amberols

Thanks for your kind offer but I've waited for that BG for months and one month more will go quickly! I must be looking for something nearly impossible to find except on a machine. Correct? My knowledge of Columbias is somewhat limited. By looking at the photo I posted, it the mechanism 2&4 or just a 2 minute player? I appreciate your input. Jerry

Most BG machines were two minute only, but Columbia in 1909 offerred a change gear kit,mwhich included the gearing and an intermediate stylus for the spring tension reproducer to allow the later Columbia machines to play Indestructible four minute records. You appear to have a good part of the gearing, but seem to be be missing the little cover. I don't have a machine with the four minute gearing now. They are scarce. Even so,mI believe that I may have detailed photos somewhere, if I could only find them!
