Unknown phonograph parts

Can anyone help me with any information on these parts? I think they are from a cylinder phonograph. I'm thankful for any replies.

Well, a French musical museum lists it as an Enregistreur, which means recorder. The horn shape would bear that out. They further state that it's Belgian. Apart from the accompanying pic, that's all the info.

As you may see with the box, this unit had been sold in Germany:

  (Patented in Germany and foreign countrys)

Tne company had been registered (in Berlin) in early 1925.

1925? Well, that cancels the cylinder player idea. Home recording device for a disc machine?

Definitely for a disc machine, as cylinder machines had been out of favour here in central Europe and Germany till c. 1910. Maybe it recorded (on the disc) in hill and dale. But, without the patent, it will be difficult to understand the function.
