Looks like a nice Clarke Talk-O-Phone there. Hopefully the motor and parts are still intact. I think you should be able to get some nice parts for it:

This guy at JAS had reproduction parts for Talk-O-Phone, I am not sure if he still does?

Just to make completely sure, check the underside of the turntable.

There should be an OTMCo marking there.
