I did find however, the mounting plate screws for the lower frame are kinked to the side bad, idk who did that but they looked stripped. Screw it though, it works good!! The model S does sound more full than my old C's and H's I have lying around.
I used some oil, and a magnetic tipped Phillips screw driver and turned it inside the end of the shaft. I took it out and cleaned it a few times as it collected all the scarring. Put the bearing in and viola! Spun like a top. Needs no help to start, plays smooth. I haven't checked a whole record yet cause the baby and wife are sleeping, but I think I got it now!
