WANTED: Orthophonic Tone Arm Part

Looking for the plate that sits under the base of the free standing style Orthophonic tone arm. This plate limits the swing of the arm. I need it for a center turntable style Credenza. George V. has these but does not know which kind is correct for the center turntable version Credenza. Even if you can clarify that, I'd be appreciative!

If you've got one, and you know it's for a center mounted turntable Credenza, I'm interested!
