I hope this ends up in a good home.
One of the reasons it did not even reach the reserve price is the total lack of professionalism of the SAS auction house. I have been asking them for a condition report, or even a few more pictures for weeks. I was promised more details would be sent the day before the auction. Of course nothing ever arrived.
This is not the first time. Going over my emails for the last two years, I have counted 23 different requests for more information on items, a condition report or even just a few more pictures. I received nothing from the SAS team. Even the small auction houses in the middle of nowhere are better at replying to requests for more info.
I assume SAS mainly cater for "In room" sales. If you are going to bid on something that is in the thousands of pound. It makes sense to at least see the item. I'm guessing this very rare Expert must be in pretty bad condition.

Even in that condition, I am surprised it didn't sell. Wonderful machine!
