Edison Cylinder Cabinet?

Is this a Cylinder Cabinet? Something about it doesn't look right to me - the drawer fronts don't look right.... No pics of the inside.

Looking at the corner posts, this was made from the carcass of a C19 or similar disc phonograph. A real hack and chop job

If I needed a dresser I would probably not hesitate to use it.

It's nice as a piece of history--because those old phonographs were used for many, many things after they went obsolete.
