There's a Brooks automatic repeating machine listed on the Indianapolis craigslist.

They're asking way too much in my opinion, but maybe they'll come down.

I thought these things were crazy rare or something. Is it really priced too high?

I'd never buy one, but that's because I don't think playing steel needles over & over on the same record is a good idea. But other than that it's a neat phono.

No, not crazy rare. Crazy rare if one is actually functioning due to all of the pot metal.

I think originally it was meant to be played with tungsten needles, but that’d still make me nervous.

I spotted another Brooks but listed on Facebook Market place from Ohio.

This one is a lot more reasonable.
