White shellac US Decca record

Post by Inigo »

Dunno where to post this. We don't have a Curious & Rarities section...
A nice white shellac pressing of a blue label American Decca appeared on eBay recently, still can be seen ... Alert passed by Malcolm in 78-L

An image in case it gets lost forever... Isn't it beautiful?

Didn't know white shellac records were ever a "thing." How nice!

Nice oddity! And South Of The Border also happens to be an amusing song!
