Russian/Soviet Portable Phonograph?

What is a reasonable price for one of these? I feel like I could probably save a lot of money by taking a trip to a former society bloc country and buying direct rather than spend crazy money on eBay. The vacuum cleaner machine is particularly adorable. I wonder how it sounds compared to the others?
