Here is a uncommon machine rarelly see in this perfect condition. It’s a “Lioretgraph A” made in 1898/1899 with its complete cylinder collection. Hope you enjoy.

A delightful little machine and most impressive in performance compared with other systems of the time. Who can say what would have happened if Lioret had only made his flywheel big enough to bring the wandering pitch under control?

What a great machine - i've not seen one of those before. Out of interest are the cylinders celluloid or something else? Thanks for sharing those pictures and video.

And yes, phonoradios. The cylinders are made in celluloid, and you must to put a drop of mineral oil throught the surface before playing them.

Yes. The Lioretgraph does use a jewel tip stylus.

My reproducer is a sharp steel tip no added stylus. Identical machine plus full original carry case. Perhaps a close up of the stylus tip would be helpful. Thanks for sharing. L Hawes
