That's one I've certainly never seen before. I can't help but wonder what it weighs, though. Must be a ton!

That's just weird enough to be interesting as a portable... :?

If it did not involve a 350 mile round trip for collection I would buy it. Does the seller not realise that "collection only" is not an option during a lockdown?

That is neat! I wonder why more companies didn't make "2 in 1" portables like this?

I contacted the seller, who is adamant that she will not post the item, citing weight and fragility. Perhaps a local collector will be lucky enough to buy it.

What's 350 miles? If it was a 350 mile roundtrip from me, it would be gone and I'm not a big fan of portables... where are you going to find another one?
Personally, I wouldn't even want it to be shipped...

You need to understand the current situation in the UK. Such a journey is impossible because we are in lockdown until at least 2nd December, and if the number of Covid-19 cases continues to rise the lockdown may be extended further. What's 350 miles on UK roads? Between 6 and 7 hours driving with most refreshment and comfort stops closed for the duration of the pandemic.

BUT, on the positive side, you can stop and listen to music... bring snacks with you and you will have dishes to eat out of... :? Now all you need is a catheter...
I hate this "new Normal" and the micromanaging control that has been imposed... Maybe you could "peacefully protest" your way to retrieve it... that seems to work for some people.
