Re: Fraud: He's Back on EBay
What is logic behind a regular Ebay auction with only a buy it now condition? Has he done anything different in the past?

Yes, this will be taken down in an hour by eBay. Check out his other auctions. He usually has pictures of phonographs from Brads Antiques from eBay like this one from 4-5 years ago https://www.ebay.com/itm/COLUMBIA-BI-MO ... Sw02pgDiQf . His buy it now is not a real but it now. It does not go through eBay and he gets the money and no items. He usually lists 3000 items this way.

I would think he would have a reserve price. This has the appearance of fraud if someone does not fully examine the listing. So do not bid on this auction item Tom

And please report it to eBay as a fraudulent list. I have reported it every time I see it. Sometimes 4-5 different listings in one day, under different sellers.tomb wrote:I would think he would have a reserve price. Re: Fraud: He's Back on EBay
This EXACTLY why you should post a photo of the fraudulent item! Now it's been deleted from eBay and this whole warning, (which is still appreciated), becomes useless.

If it helps, the phonograph in question is a Columbia BI Sterling. The second photo shows his Buy It Now price and rules. The next time I see it, I will copy the picture. I believe it has been discussed before on the forum.

Re: Fraud: He's Back on EBay
He is out there again with 8700+ auctions. https://www.ebay.com/itm/COLUMBIA-BI-MO ... OSwEelgFKv~ This one is 5 years old and was sold on eBay by Brads Antiques.
Sorry, I don't know how to just post the picture. Need a little help from the members.

Here is another fraud case. The buy it now is not going through eBay, therefore he pockets the money.
