As many have said, condition is everything and this one looks like it was in a literal fire sale. :lol:

Price is crazy, but that horn is in stunning condition! Wonder if that's new plating?

I agree the horn is amazing. And part of the reason why they want so much for a Standard D in less than stellar cosmetic condition. That thing looks like it’s screaming for a new bearing! And I wonder how long the record has been on the mandrel. My model E Standard still has marks from the record being stuck on for so long.
