I seem to recall another eBay ad similar to this one a few years ago. It was one of those red Heritage Series Caruso reissues also. Maybe it's the same one haha.
If you click on the link to see the ad, the "you may also like" section shows Caruso's 1918 record of "over there" posted at $40 and states it's from 1905! Overpriced for sure, but not by a hundred grand LOL
