I know know nothing what-so-ever about external horn gramophones.
I wonder therefore. Is the horn a reproduction ?

A perfectly genuine machine, but I would be surprised if it makes the pre-sale estimate of £500-£800.

I sold one of these with a repainted tin horn about 20 years ago for £750.
However, I agree with Roger, this has less chance of meeting its estimate than I have of visiting the moon next week (although those 4 records might just swing it! ) My hat is ready with seasoning to hand in case I need to eat it any day soon!

The auctioneers description says that this machine has a "swan-neck" arm. Where did they get that from?

They probably found it in a parts bin... It's definitely not on the machine...
