This all really good information to know, I’ve heard these are sensitive mechanisms that require fine tuning to work properly. I was able to locate a triumph with one already installed originally. Which for me is win since I don’t have to drill any holes.

Glad you found one! This thread has caused me to fire mine up a few times - a joy to watch.
Just FYI - drilling the bed plate is no big deal. Tapping the holes is just as easy. I did it in my living room with a power drill. Getting the holes in the right place is the sensitive issue!
