How interesting, and perhaps desperate, that they were also selling used Sonoras, Columbias & Victors.

Agreed, Benjamin provided some great info - I enjoyed reading his post. Also, I checked that link to the stock certificate, the price is a tad high but I would seriously consider purchasing it to put with the machine or possibly frame and hang on the wall in close proximity!! Might even add a little bit of value, too....
