Victor Service Bulletin No.19 Universal Electric Motor

Here is the dealer service bulletin that RCA Victor printed on February 11,1930 in regards to repairing the Universal electric motor and the associated resistors.

Modern-day collectors will still find it useful to put their machines in order.
