Seems that my negative feedback has been removed as well. Way to go, eBay!

obvious the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, nor do they care. I'd be surprised if they can even speak to one another in the same language.

As of this posting, all the items in the guys store are no longer available.
I got this message "sorry you missed out, this item is not available anymore"

I've been hounding the guy with these little offers of 5 bucks and 12 dollars.

Raphael,

This bloke is now claiming to be you, with your name, address, trading name and website on his listing.

If you click on the first link you sent at the begining of this thread and scroll down, you'll see what I mean.

Good luck!

All the best

Tim,

That's been there since the beginning. He just copied and pasted my listing into his. Besides being a crook, he's a lazy one at that. I can't imagine why eBay hasn't banned him, but perhaps the laws in India prevent them from doing so.

I don't know if he's been banned, but he has nothing for sale all of a sudden.

So he shows three of the exact same picture of a Victor III, calls it that in the title, but in the description says "Look Photos For Actual Image Of Product. All Work is Handmade. This is a Reproduction Item, Not Sold As Antique."
