Viva-Tonal 701 on Craigslist, Virginia - $150
I don't know how this can still be there after two months, but the ad still appears to be live. Looks like a fine machine, a desirable (if heavy) one, that would clean up well. Somebody oughta snag it. Not mine, obviously.

That is pretty neat! It isn't too far from me. Tempting..... Out of room... but, still tempting....
All kidding aside, I don't know how I could move this with the current state of my back and storage situation. If there any fellow collectors out there that I can assist with communication or an "in person" visual inspection, etc., etc., let me know - I will try to help any way I can!

This model has a straight horn, does not sound as good as VV 4-7.Cody K wrote: Sat Jan 28, 2023 8:59 pm I don't know how this can still be there after two months, but the ad still appears to be live. It was an interesting design, with a divider positioned to form a two-part chamber ... ...but I agree, based on those I've heard, it does not sound as powerful as the 4-7, and not nearly as good as the larger 4-40, which has a similar size "mouth" but was fitted with a four chamber Orthophonic horn like that of the Credenza's.Watanabehi wrote: Tue Jan 31, 2023 9:39 pmThis model has a straight horn, does not sound as good as VV 4-7.Cody K wrote: Sat Jan 28, 2023 8:59 pm I don't know how this can still be there after two months, but the ad still appears to be live. Still, for that price....
