Another tough one - an apparently "late" model style of generic reproducer for discs.
Would ca 1920 be too wild a guess?

Seeing the entire part is always helpful when asking a question.
It looks like a knock-off of Add-A-Tone reproducer.

I have seen something similar on one of the "camera" phone types. The long tube attaches to a support arm for the reproducer and horn.

Hidden (under the cover), is additional info, which I will try to post here. Thanks to Dennis who supplied the image.
I took a look in the 1923 TMW Directory and found the requested details. My wild guess of "1920" was not too far off.
