Lovely machine, congrats.
I think most of us would call this a "suitcase Home", all of which had the red banner on the lid. When someone tells me they had a "red banner Home", I tend to think of the earliest long case Homes that had the red banner on the front. These ae fairly uncommon.
Enjoy your machine, and remember, don't play brown wax with a Model C!

I am very happy with it. A few early announced columbias came with the machine (w/title on the side), are those safe to play? There were also a few edisons that have a title on the side of the cylinder. are those also safe to play with a winged model c?
Thanks
