Wanted : Columbia Coin Op Phonograph

Post by columbia1spring »

Members,
I am looking for a Columbia coin op phonograph. What I would like is a fully operational machine that has been completely serviced and works without any issues. Something that displays nice and isn’t overrun with replica parts.

If you can afford the larger AS coin-op, it's more robust than a BS...

Thomas Alva Edison - Comment to his assistant, Samuel Insull.

"No one needs a Victrola XX, a Perfected Graphophone Type G, or whatever you call those noisy things."

The S & AS have to many pot metal issues, I’m not trying to save money, I don’t want a machine where the pot metal is going to crumble in my hands. The BS is a lot more reliable.
