Victrola 230 Looking Object on Facebook Marketplace in NJ

It looks exactly like a 230, but the top and finish are wrong. It looks as though it was never a Victrola.

I suppose that a wealthy person may have had it built to go with their Victrola, or a cabinet maker could have repurposed a 230. I would be curious to see the back side.
